📋 Description

• Leading and mentoring a product design team of eleven product, UI and content designers
• Setting and evolving the product design vision across Phrase products
• Aligning design strategy with company goals and product roadmap
• Championing user-centred design and accessibility best practices
• Partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Building and scaling design systems and reusable frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• Senior product design leadership experience in B2B or enterprise SaaS
• A strong portfolio showing complex Product Design and UX as well as strategic thinking
• Experience building, scaling, and developing high-performing teams
• Deep knowledge of design systems, UX principles, and accessibility
• Ability to align design outcomes with business and product strategy
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
