- Serve as primary technical contact for assigned clients
- Explain AI agent behavior and outputs to technical/non-technical stakeholders
- Coordinate incident communication: status updates, root causes, resolutions
- Translate client requirements into technical specifications for the platform team
- Work with client data realities and constraints
- Provide regular operational reporting and system health updates
🎯 Requirements
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal English)
- Solid technical understanding – read logs, grasp system architecture
- Conceptual understanding of AI/LLM systems and RAG (not required to build)
- Experience in client-facing technical roles (Solutions Engineer, Technical Support, Technical CSM, or similar)
- Confident in explaining complex topics to non-technical audiences
- Calm and structured during incidents
