- Serve as primary technical contact for assigned clients.
- Explain AI agent behavior to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Coordinate incident communications: status, root causes, resolutions.
- Translate client requirements into technical specs for the platform team.
- Join pre-sales discussions to demonstrate platform capabilities.
- Act as first escalation layer for client issues.
🎯 Requirements
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal English)
- Solid technical understanding – read logs, understand system architecture
- Conceptual understanding of AI/LLM systems and RAG
- Experience in client-facing technical roles (Solutions Engineer, Technical Support, Technical CSM, or similar)
- Confident and clear when explaining complex topics to non-technical audiences
- Calm and structured during incidents
