- Take ownership of SMB customer portfolios as main contact.
- Advise on configuring Sitemate for heavy industry use cases.
- Monitor account health; identify churn risk; act proactively.
- Identify upsell opportunities; involve Account Manager as needed.
- Track feature usage; boost adoption and engagement.
- Use Salesforce, Front, and Vitally to share data.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Recent graduate with Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Strong organizational, detail-oriented, independent, adaptable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Salesforce/CRM exposure preferred.
- Experience building presentations (Google Slides/PowerPoint).
- Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite.
