Job Description

๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Take ownership of SMB customer portfolios as main contact.
  • Advise on configuring Sitemate for heavy industry use cases.
  • Monitor account health; identify churn risk; act proactively.
  • Identify upsell opportunities; involve Account Manager as needed.
  • Track feature usage; boost adoption and engagement.
  • Use Salesforce, Front, and Vitally to share data.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Recent graduate with Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational, detail-oriented, independent, adaptable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Salesforce/CRM exposure preferred.
  • Experience building presentations (Google Slides/PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite.
