Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Agile Specialist and PM to join our team. The ideal candidate will facilitate and guide the team through the Agile development process, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and fostering continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach team members on Agile practices and Scrum framework.
• Remove impediments and obstacles to the team's progress.
• Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
• Track and report on team performance and progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

Desirable:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Experience in software development or IT projects.
• Knowledge of scaling Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe).
