- Forecast and align headcount with strategy across cross-functional partners.
- Build financial and operational models linking drivers to staffing and budgeting.
- Create dashboards and reports on staffing utilization and capacity gaps.
- Develop scenarios with senior leaders balancing service, cost, and growth.
- Apply probabilistic modeling for cost and efficiency trade-offs.
- Lead monthly headcount data analyses and vendor reviews to form strategic recommendations.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in management consulting, investment banking, or strategic ops.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative field.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets financial modeling.
- SQL expert; dashboards in BI tools (Mode, Tableau); Python a plus.
- Experience with data pipelines and DBT models.
- Strategic thinker balancing detail with big picture.
- Multi-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
- Executive presence; communicate analyses to senior stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ownership mindset; bias for action.
