Registered Behavior Technician - RBT at BAYADA

📋 Description

• Work directly with clients and follow the established treatment plan
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, families, and staff
• Implement behavior therapy techniques
• Document interventions and progress toward goals
• Collect behavior data as specified in client behavior plan
• Provide training and support to help clients acquire skills and meet goals

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified or pursuing certification (BAYADA-paid)
• Be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities is a plus
