Field Technician at Flash

📋 Description

• Provide on-site support for Flash customers in Northern CA.
• Install, commission, test, and support Flash equipment at client sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with customers and teams.
• Ensure all hardware is tested and ready before leaving sites.
• Travel as needed, including events and on-call periods.

🎯 Requirements

• PARCS experience
• Access Control/CCTV experience
• CompTIA A+ certification a plus
• Network+ certification preferred
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License
• Bachelor’s Degree, Associate Degree or Technical Certification preferred
