📋 Description

• Take ownership of end-to-end service lifecycle from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate with product stakeholders to design scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Lead and mentor the development team; enforce DevOps processes.
• Design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions with Apex, LWC, Visualforce; API integrations.
• Create and maintain technical designs, process flows, diagrams, and related docs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s in CS or related field.
• 7+ years in software development; Tech Lead/Senior with Salesforce.
• Extensive Salesforce integration: SOAP, REST, BULK APIs.
• Hands-on Salesforce development: LWC, Apex, Triggers, Visualforce.
• DevOps tools: Git, SFDX, CI/CD.
• Agile leadership experience.
