📋 Description
- Provide timely product support via email, phone, and chat.
- Lead platform overview trainings for enterprise clients.
- Troubleshoot product issues to ensure prompt resolution.
- Diagnose tech issues: software, connectivity, UI.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, QA to fix defects.
- Support enterprise accounts in meetings and exec reviews.
🎯 Requirements
- 2–4 years troubleshooting experience with strong analytical skills.
- SaaS customer-facing experience; explain technical concepts clearly.
- Adaptive, process-driven in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with ticketing tools (Intercom preferred) and CRMs.
- Experience running and analyzing client reports.
