📋 Description

  • Provide timely product support via email, phone, and chat.
  • Lead platform overview trainings for enterprise clients.
  • Troubleshoot product issues to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Diagnose tech issues: software, connectivity, UI.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, QA to fix defects.
  • Support enterprise accounts in meetings and exec reviews.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2–4 years troubleshooting experience with strong analytical skills.
  • SaaS customer-facing experience; explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Adaptive, process-driven in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with ticketing tools (Intercom preferred) and CRMs.
  • Experience running and analyzing client reports.
