📋 Description

• Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook Ads for iGaming at scale
• Manage and scale budgets with ROI/ROMI focus
• Build and iterate full acquisition funnels (creative → testing → optimization → scaling)
• Analyze metrics: CPA, CPM, CTR, EPC, FTD, IPM
• Run structured A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and approaches
• Collaborate with creative, tech, analytics, and farm teams to achieve targets
• Generate high-quality traffic with scalable profitability
• Identify growth opportunities and propose new hypotheses

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3+ years hands-on media buying or traffic arbitrage (iGaming)
• Experience with budgets of $1k+/day or $50k+/month
• Strong understanding of funnel metrics and decision logic
• Proven ability to scale campaigns with positive ROI
• Solid creative skills: trend awareness and clear briefs
• Experience with PWA and/or iOS WebView apps
• Balance volume-driven and quality-focused traffic
• Data-driven decision-making in fast-paced environments
