📋 Description

• Perform due diligence inspections and assess property conditions and required repairs
• Run detailed reports and take photos of properties
• Help construction and settlement teams with field tasks
• Ensure punch-out items are complete and document construction progress with photos
• Inspect homes daily to track progress
• Install and remove lockboxes and other marketing materials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Licensed Home Inspector in MD, DC or VA preferred but not required
