📋 Description

• Lead hedge fund due diligence on funds, hybrids, and private credit
• Source proprietary deal flow via industry relationships and mapping
• Present investment recommendations to the CIO and Investment Committee
• Build data-driven frameworks for manager evaluation
• Manage a junior quant researcher and direct analytics projects
• Oversee portfolio risk, liquidity, and capital allocation decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in hedge fund allocation or senior advisory
• Track record of successful manager evaluation and recommendations
• Deep understanding of hedge fund strategies and liquidity terms
• Strong liquidity management: redemption terms, gates
• Experience with portfolio risk management, stress testing
• Investment operations knowledge: NAV reconciliation and subscriptions
