📋 Description

• Acts as design authority for Appian solutions across applications.
• Leads high-complexity Appian design and delivery initiatives.
• Defines standards, enables teams, and reduces external dependencies.
• Leads Appian developers and promotes structured knowledge sharing.
• Aligns Appian solutions to business outcomes with product/ platform teams.
• Ensures guardrails, security, and performance best practices in Appian.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years Appian development (end-to-end in Appian Designer).
• Appian certifications (Associate/Lead/Senior) as applicable.
• Leads architecture, governance, and reviews for Appian solutions.
• Experienced with Appian integrations (REST/SOAP, OAuth2/JWT).
• Strong SQL skills: SELECTs, INSERT/UPDATE, joins, data modeling.
• CI/CD, automated testing, and Agile/DevOps practices.
