📋 Description
- Own recruiting end-to-end: sourcing, outreach, screening, scheduling, closing.
- Personally source and close senior engineers and early leaders.
- Partner with founders to define hiring profiles and quality bar.
- Calibrate interview signals and continuously improve the hiring funnel.
- Build the recruiting foundation from scratch: ATS setup, interview loops, scorecards, metrics.
- Create a world-class candidate experience reflecting Blacksmith's culture and ambition.
