📋 Description

This is a salaried role with a base of $50-$85k depending on experience.

• Perform due diligence inspections and assess property conditions
• Run detailed reports and take pictures of properties
• Assist construction and settlement teams with field tasks
• Ensure punch-out items are complete and document progress
• Inspect homes daily to confirm progress
• Install/remove lockboxes and marketing materials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Licensed Home Inspector in MD, DC or VA preferred but not required
