🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in People roles, 4+ years as People Business Partner.
• Experience supporting leaders in scaleup / high-growth SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with international employment laws and compliance.
• A track record of working with globally distributed teams across cultures and time zones.
• Hands-on experience across org design, performance management, employee relations, and compensation.
• The ability to be empathetic without avoiding difficult conversations.
