📋 Description

• Perform due diligence inspections and assess property conditions
• Run detailed reports and take pictures of properties
• Assist construction and settlement teams with field tasks
• Ensure punch-out items are complete and document construction progress
• Inspect homes daily to ensure progress is being made
• Install/remove lockboxes and marketing materials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Licensed Home Inspector in MD/DC/VA preferred, not required
