• Own the Model: maintain and evolve financial models for a fast-scaling subscription business.
• Business Partnership: work with teams to provide financial clarity and manage budgets.
• Forecasting & Reporting: lead monthly/quarterly rolling forecasts; explain variances.
• Board Reporting: prepare board decks with accuracy and insights.
• Data Integrity: ensure models rely on accurate, real-time data.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years FP&A experience, preferably in a high-growth tech company.
• Excel/Google Sheets expert; build dynamic multi-variable models; BI/FP&A tools a plus.
• Analytical mindset; understands what drives numbers.
