📋 Description
- Structuring, negotiating and driving large-scale multinational retail deals.
- Coordinate local country teams with global retail accounts to align goals.
- Manage regional pipelines, proposals and calls to win and scale partnerships.
- Advise markets on building local enterprise strategy and closing deals in Central Region.
- Develop enterprise sales playbooks and toolkits for local markets.
- Collaborate with Finance, Analytics, Marketing and Product to address country needs.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in BD or sales with strong analytics and financial acumen
- Experience in Grocery, Pharmacy, Health & Beauty, Pet Care or Electronics
- Ability to model and articulate P&L impact
- Leadership: work with local teams to drive performance improvements
- Experience building commercial excellence in a global organization
- Excellent English; willing to work from a Wolt country and travel
