📋 Description
- Design Apollo-native lead-gen workflows for multiple accounts
- Use AI features, enrichment, and campaign logic to drive interventions
- Manage 20–30 active client touchpoints concurrently
- Rapidly assess usage signals and design lightweight interventions
- Identify GTM patterns and templatize solutions for reuse
- Thrive in a distributed, fast-moving team environment
🎯 Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in RevOps, SDR Ops, or onboarding
- Proven ability to manage high-volume client engagements (client-facing)
- Deep Lead Gen fluency — sequencing, enrichment, workflows, analytics
- Bonus if that experience includes Apollo
- Obsessed with velocity: fast execution, measurable results
- Comfort working in distributed team environments
