📋 Description

  • Design Apollo-native lead-gen workflows for multiple accounts
  • Use AI features, enrichment, and campaign logic to drive interventions
  • Manage 20–30 active client touchpoints concurrently
  • Rapidly assess usage signals and design lightweight interventions
  • Identify GTM patterns and templatize solutions for reuse
  • Thrive in a distributed, fast-moving team environment

🎯 Requirements

  • 2–4 years experience in RevOps, SDR Ops, or onboarding
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume client engagements (client-facing)
  • Deep Lead Gen fluency — sequencing, enrichment, workflows, analytics
  • Bonus if that experience includes Apollo
  • Obsessed with velocity: fast execution, measurable results
  • Comfort working in distributed team environments
