📋 Description

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting per GAAP.
• Manage local statutory accounting and reporting for Europe and the Middle East.
• Lead policy development to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee EMEA controllership: GL, month-end close, consolidations.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with FP&A for Forecast vs Actual monthly/quarterly.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in accounting; 3-5 years as a Controller.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Familiar with reporting for Europe and the Middle East.
• Experience standing up NetSuite to full production.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
