- First point of contact when a client has a platform issue.
- Engage with users via in-app chat and ticketing.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues; replicate client experience.
- Learn to assist clients with platform use and new features.
- Manage support cases to ensure timely resolution.
- Liaise with teams across functions to improve service.
🎯 Requirements
- 2-4 years in SaaS customer support.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Basic understanding of business processes.
- Super user level internet skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong prioritization.
- Excellent English communication.
