• Develop GTM content, playbooks, and tool usage guides.
• Create training content and onboarding materials.
• Partner with RevOps to keep changes documented and accessible.
• Update onboarding materials for GTM roles.
• Deliver onboarding programs across global teams; facilitate live/virtual sessions.
• Identify AI opportunities to enhance enablement and tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Operations, or related GTM function.
• Experience in enterprise sales environment (required).
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycle and customer success motions.
• Demonstrated ability to write high-quality documentation and training content.
• Technical aptitude; familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams with precision.
