Junior Category / Vendor Manager at partao

We're hiring a Junior Category / Vendor Manager to source parts for customers and learn fast, take ownership, and grow into a full category role over time.

Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in procurement, sourcing, category support, or a commercial operations role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
• Strong problem-solving mindset — you enjoy figuring things out when the answer isn’t obvious.
• Commercial curiosity — you care about pricing, lead times, and supplier trade-offs.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic data analysis.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requests in parallel.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken). Added advantage if you speak a European language.
• Hungry to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
