📋 Description
- Build and maintain automated workflows for Insurance Ops; collaborate with Engineering.
- Design complex analyses to support decisions across Grow Therapy.
- Own and monitor metrics; identify process problems and drive solutions.
- Collaborate with Growth, Customer Support, and Technology to scale operations.
🎯 Requirements
- SQL and intermediate JavaScript or Python experience.
- HubSpot, Workato or other automation tools are a bonus.
- Advanced spreadsheet skills with formulas and pivot tables.
- Strong analytical mindset; able to translate metrics into improvements.
