- Become a 9fin expert on products and services
- Partner with account managers on client projects to drive growth
- Represent client needs in internal projects to ensure satisfaction
- Develop bespoke KPIs and data-driven insights for accounts
- Expand contact networks within each account for 9fin partnerships
- Maintain up-to-date client interactions in our CRM
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in account management or Customer Success
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and buyside/sellside relationships
- Track record of managing and growing a $1m+ enterprise book
- Able to plan and prioritize tasks with accuracy and detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Team player who can work independently
