Senior People Data Analyst at Virta Health

Virta Health is on a mission to reverse metabolic disease in one billion people. As a Senior People Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in building and scaling Virta's people data and analytics capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in people analytics, HR analytics, or a related data analytics role
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets expertise
• Hands-on experience implementing, supporting, or maintaining Workday
• Strong technical data analysis skills, including experience with SQL and data visualization tools
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in a fast-growing, scaling organization
