📋 Description

• Monitor daily EDI transactions with partners (EDI 850/855/856/810/997).
• Troubleshoot and resolve EDI transmission errors and mappings.
• Onboard new retail vendors via EDI mappings and end-to-end testing.
• Collaborate with merchandising, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure data exchange.
• Maintain compliance with partner EDI specs (Walmart/Target/Amazon).
• Configure EDI platforms (Sterling Integrator, SPS) and ERP data flow.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in EDI support in retail/consumer goods.
• Solid understanding of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and retail transaction sets.
• Experience with EDI tools/platforms: SPS Commerce, Sterling Integrator, or similar.
• Knowledge of data transfer protocols (AS2, FTP/SFTP, VAN).
• Familiarity with retail partner compliance requirements.
