Technical Analyst at Cision

📋 Description

• Become an advanced user of Brandwatch product suite and apply data frameworks.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to design and implement technical solutions.
• Build scalable data solutions: data modeling, dataset creation, cleaning, and segmentation.
• Create and deliver data visualizations and dashboards to drive insights.
• Present technical deliverables to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with CX and product teams to maximize customer value.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3+ years in data analysis, boolean query writing, analytics, or a technical analytics role.
• Experience with large datasets or unstructured text; ability to simplify insights.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Fluent English.
• Familiarity with Brandwatch or similar media intelligence platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
