Job Description
Paid Social & Amplification
- Manage a paid social media budget to support key campaigns, releases, and moments
- Partner with marketing leadership to plan spend, targeting, and flighting across platforms
- Test and optimize paid creative to understand what drives awareness, engagement, and conversion
- Balance organic-first storytelling with paid amplification where it adds strategic value
Performance, Analytics & Optimization
- Track and report on real KPIs from previous experience (engagement, growth, CTRs, content performance)
- Analyze platform data to understand what’s working and why
- Use insights to inform creative decisions, content formats, posting cadence, and next steps
- Build simple, clear reports and presentations for internal teams
Experience & Skills
- 4–7+ years of experience managing brand social media, ideally within music, media, entertainment, or culture-driven brands
- Proven track record of owning social channels end-to-end
- Strong copywriting skills with deep pop culture, music, and internet fluency
- Hands-on content creation and light editing experience
- Deep knowledge of major platforms, formats, algorithms, and emerging trends
- Comfortable working with analytics, data, and translating insights into action
- Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Confident briefing partners and representing brand POV externally
