🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in technical recruiting (engineering, product, or similar)
• Proven sourcing skills with significant candidate outreach experience
• Strong communication skills with a positive, can-do approach
• High-level English and native Hebrew
• Sharp attention to detail and follow-through in fast-paced environment
• Ready to work in an office 3 days/week and enthusiastic about AI
