- Onboard new customers, guiding them through Amenitiz and ensuring early value.
- Train hoteliers to become autonomous users with practical guidance.
- Build strong relationships to boost satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a reliable point of contact during onboarding, understanding needs.
- Collaborate with your Team Lead to deliver a smooth onboarding experience.
- Share customer feedback to help improve onboarding processes.
🎯 Requirements
- Native French speaker with excellent English; fluent in Spanish/Italian/Portuguese.
- 1 year in a customer facing role.
- Travel tech experience is a plus.
- You enjoy helping people, explaining clearly, and simplifying topics.
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable asking for support.
- Empathetic, customer oriented, adaptable.
- Proficient in Excel; experience with Stripe, Notion, Intercom or Zendesk is a plus.
