📋 Description

• Primary People partner for US operations: labor law, compliance, benefits, and employee relations.
• Prepare and process US payroll with external providers; handle W-2/W-4.
• Administer benefit plans per federal/state regulations.
• Lead onboarding for US hires; manage ADP profiles and I-9 verification.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards on Open Enrollment and support global HR projects.
• Provide guidance on terminations to ensure compliance.

• Experience with US benefits administration and vendor coordination.
• Experience supporting audits and HR reporting.
