• Lead buyer operations team providing 24/7 customer support
• Ensure all orders and requests are confirmed within SLAs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in operations, fulfillment, or logistics-based management
• 5+ years experience leading small teams
• Proficiency in ThoughtSpot, Excel/Sheets, logistics tools
• Demonstrated ability to execute and enforce daily workflows
• Clear, effective communicator and organized leader
• Experience in diamond, gemstone, or luxury goods industry
