📋 Description

• Own and lead the ITGC strategy and operating model
• Develop and evolve the ITGC framework, incl. application controls
• Establish governance for ITGCs across IT, engineering and cloud
• Inventory systems and tools supporting financial reporting; tier by risk
• Drive implementation of ITGCs and application controls across the enterprise
• Ensure high-quality documentation, testing readiness, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field
• 12+ years IT, internal/external audit or risk with leadership; 3+ yrs at US public company
• CGEIT, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CCEP or equivalent certs required
• Deep SOX 404 knowledge; regulatory standards; tech experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of COSO/COBIT and enterprise risk methods
• Proven IT audits, SOX programs, and control function experience
