your mission

Reporting directly to the Head of Electronic Warfare, the EW Software Engineer will help build the next generation of Electronic Warfare (EW) products powering STARK’s autonomous systems.

responsibilities

  • Write clean, efficient C++ code as part of a high-performing software engineering team

  • Develop essential algorithms and applications for signal processing in embedded environments

  • Engage in full-stack development tasks, contributing across the software and hardware interface

  • Troubleshoot and debug complex system issues

  • Actively collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to solve high-impact technical challenges

qualifications

  • Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Computer Science, Software engineering, Electronics, Aerospace, Telecommunications or other similar relevant fields

  • + 4 years of experience working with software and hardware in similar relevant fields

  • Strong proficiency in C++

  • Interest and understanding of physics/wave forms

  • Previous exposure to signal processing and mathematical modeling

  • Comfortable working across the software-hardware boundary

  • Previous work involving full-stack software engineering and/or RF systems

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in Electronic Warfare (EW) or defense technologies

  • Strong understanding of hardware integration and testing

  • Hands-on experience with Software Defined Radios (SDR), RF, or advanced signal processing

  • Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary technical teams
