Head of FP&A at Muon Space

📋 Description

• Own AOP, LRP, and rolling forecasts across all business units.
• Provide insights on performance and unit economics.
• Support decisions on new programs, pricing, partnerships, and CapEx via modeling.
• Lead Month-End Close variance analysis with Accounting.
• Own program gross margin, Budget vs Actuals, and cost tracking.
• Build/refine program cost models for commercial and government contracts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 8–12+ years FP&A or corporate finance; 3+ years in management.
• Experience in aerospace/defense or advanced manufacturing.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and exec presentations.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• MBA, CFA, or CPA (Preferred).
