🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in SaaS sales leadership.
- Deep mid-market SaaS sales with $40k ACV and ~2.5mo cycle.
- Proven ARR growth track record; 3x/yr+ revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of modern SaaS GTM motions (PLG, SLG, hybrid).
- Comfortable in fast-changing startups; multiple deals.
- Strong experience with CRM, outbound/inbound tooling, forecasting.
