🎯 Requirements

• 5 years in retail ops, revenue management, finance, or merchandising.
• Proven success with dynamic pricing and revenue optimization.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen; Excel/Power BI or similar.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience in entertainment, live events, or hospitality a plus.
