📋 Description

• Supervise a team of mobile phlebotomists in one or more markets.
• Assess performance, conduct compliance, quality, and safety reviews.
• Interview, hire, and onboard new phlebotomists; onboard training.
• Ensure accurate patient records and scheduling across territories.
• Provide day-to-day customer service and escalate issues as needed.
• Manage budgets and approve timecards and expenses.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership/management experience.
• Phlebotomy certification from AMT, ASCP, or NCCT required.
• Strong customer service track record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; Google suite a plus.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Proficient with Google applications and willing to learn new tech.
