Payment Product Manager at CXM Direct LLC

CXM is hiring a Payments Product Manager to lead the buildout and management of our Payments Service Provider (PSP) infrastructure. As Payments Product Manager, you will be instrumental in laying the foundation for how payments are integrated, maintained, and scaled across our FX-focused platforms. This role is hands-on and strategic—ideal for someone looking to grow into a leadership position and drive tangible product outcomes from day one.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead PSP integrations from start to finish

● Maintain PSP settings, monitor system performance, and implement reconciliation protocols

● Build reports and dashboards to track PSP effectiveness and performance

● Conduct testing of PSP configurations and troubleshoot outages

● Act as the cross-functional liaison between Payments, Finance, Accounting, Tech, and Product teams

● Drive the product maturity of the payments stack

● Develop operational procedures

Requirements

Required:

● Minimum 3 years experience in a PSP-related role (integration, operations, support, or technical)

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

● Comfortable working autonomously with minimal structure

● Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments

● Excellent communication skills

● Detail-oriented with a critical thinking mindset

Preferred:

● Technical background (e.g., degree in Computer Science or similar, or relevant experience)

● Experience in FX or financial operations

● Exposure to crypto or crypto exchange platforms

● Russian language skills

Education:

● Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred

This position is intended for candidates working with the eastern and European timezones. This position requires working 40 hours per week.
