• Primary contact for district/charter partners; address needs and concerns.
• Guide partners through pre-implementation and launch; provide PD and coaching.
• Provide ongoing support and data to steer implementations to success.
• Lead regular data reviews with district/school leaders; respond to feedback.
• Collaborate with Sales; lead renewal and expansion conversations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in instructional leadership including district-level; track record of large-scale change.
• Experienced instructional coach and PD provider.
• Self-motivated with bias for action; owns the success of district partners.
• Commitment to equity and awareness about race, power, and privilege.
• Skilled and effective communicator and relationship builder.
• Strong programmatic and operational skills; highly organized project manager.
• Near a major Texas airport (Houston/Austin/Dallas/San Antonio) with up to 50% travel.
