Forward Deployed Engineer at Doppel

📋 Description

• Enable enterprise onboarding on the Doppel platform
• Manage API/webhook integrations and SIEMs
• Troubleshoot SSO and authentication issues (SAML, OAuth)
• Build apps on top of our webhook platform
• Create dashboards to track API/webhook usage and health
• Coordinate 4-5 parallel integration work streams across stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient background: APIs, databases, and enterprise config mgmt
• Proven project management across time zones
• Extremely customer-facing with a troubleshooting mindset
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to query data and build dashboards
