📋 Description

• Build, document, and maintain scalable RevOps processes across Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and Tax.
• Improve Salesforce Sales Cloud/Marketing Cloud and GTM tooling; automate lead gen.
• Support Salesforce administration (workflows, config, integrations) to boost data quality.
• Maintain documentation for RevOps processes, data definitions, and workflows.
• Analyze inbound/outbound funnels to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for pipeline health and forecasting.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of full-time RevOps experience in a corporate environment.
• Hands-on experience optimizing sales/marketing processes, managing leads, and workflows.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or similar CRM/automation tools.
• Exposure to pipeline reporting, lead generation programs, and marketing analytics.
• Detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects.
• Must be willing to work core business hours in the East Coast time zone (8am-5pm EST).
