- Proactively source top technical talent in competitive markets
- Partner with managers to define roles and calibrate talent
- Design fast, rigorous interview processes
- In-office 3x/week in NY/SF; advise candidates on Doppel s mission

- Experience recruiting for technical roles (software/ML/AI, security)
- Proficient with AI recruiting tools
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Able to partner with hiring managers and define roles
- Design fast, rigorous interview processes
- Excellent communication and advisory to candidates
