Senior Solutions Engineer at AeroVect

We're seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to design, optimize, and implement workflows in live cargo and baggage operations at some of the world's busiest airports.

Requirements

• Analyze customer workflows and routes, and propose improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and safety.
• Collaborate with customers and internal engineering teams to design, develop, and implement innovative workflows.
• Act as a bridge between the customer and engineering teams to effectively and efficiently integrate our automation solutions.
• Create and present technical roadmaps, workflows, and ROI analyses to both internal stakeholders and customers.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction with AeroVect's solutions.
• Work with the sales team to assess customer requirements and provide technical insights during discovery and solution design phases.
• Conduct in-person site visits to understand existing workflows and help customers visualize how AeroVect's technology integrates into and improves their operations.
