As our Collection Associate you will be responsible for deploying credit policies so that an acceptable level of risk is maintained, collections are made on time, losses are kept to a minimum and arrears are economically collected. He/she executes the collection strategy and ensures the dispute management routing are fit for purpose for the local conditions in alignment with global guidelines, ensures that bad debt provisions and write-offs are processed according to the defined rules.

You will bring:

• 3 years of Proven work experience in Collection preferably in an extrajudicial collection office

• Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, Law or related

• Advanced knowledge of Excel

• Excellent knowledge of billing procedures

• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

• Ability to work in a team as well as individually

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
