📋 Description

• Serve as IT PM and Scrum Master for agile teams; ensure practices are followed.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews.
• Remove impediments and foster high team performance.
• Manage project scope and timeline.
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
• Resolve conflicts and obstacles daily.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years IT experience with 3+ years in financial projects
• Knowledge of Market Risk concepts and processes
• Experience in Credit Risk or Liquidity Risk domains
• Excellent Stakeholder management
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments (derivatives)
• Experience writing user stories with acceptance criteria in JIRA
