📋 Description

• Coordinate areas and shift responsibilities; improve shift productivity
• Conduct quality checks to ensure a great customer experience
• Be the go-to person for all operatives on shift
• Attend daily review meetings; assign duties and staff changes
• Prepare for the shift with sufficient materials and stock
• Ensure product quality meeting specifications

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as line leader/area leader in food manufacturing
• Read and communicate confidently in English
• Numerate; able to work with numbers
• Rotating shift schedule including days/nights and some weekends
• Hard-working and eager to learn
• Comfortable with raw materials (beef, pork, chicken, turkey, lamb)
